I am 32 week pregnent my recent ultrasound shows itracardic foci my double marker test is normal is it necessary to go for NIPT test

Hi now as it is a isolated marker  no need to worry  it's common  and is normal ,nipt not required now

Double marker and nipt both are screening tests. NIPT is more sensitive. At 32 weeks it ll be of no significance. You can go for fetal echo

Intracardiac echogenic focus is a normal finding in 80% of Asian population. If the rest of 4 chamber view of heart is normal , nothing needs to be done.

At 32 weeks No point doing any further testing After delivery after 6 weeks u need echocardiography of the baby
