Intra uterine fetal death

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hello doctor, I lost my child when i was 33week pregnant. I had no complications during my pregnancy then all of sudden why this happend.. When my labour pain started, doctor took an ultrasound and said fetus has Injury on head and movement has stooped. Last night before the delivery pain started fetus had a good movement. Can you tell me plz how this happened.
