Interrmittent pain in lower abdomen

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I've been having intermittent lower left and right abdominal pain. At first it only feels like dull pain and very tolerable but now i am a bit worried as it is not normal for me and i know my body enough to realize that this is not normal. I am guessing that im having an ectopic pregnancy since i am also sexually active. However i do not have all of the symptoms and I only feel the sharp pain in my lower abdomen.
