Internal swalling after varicoele surgy

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I was operated for varicoele before 2 month's but still i have internal swalling ..and within a forthnight period . I have to go through detailed medical examination(DME) conducted by Army ...what should i do to get normal within 15 days onwards...really needs help ..please.
