Internal pain near left knee

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I am having an internal pain near my left knee. Seems to be an issue related to soft tissues. There is no problem with the daily activities. But when i bend my knee, the pain arises. It has been 3-4 weeks but the problem still persists. Kindly help and advice.
