Internal bleeding in 6weeks pregnancy

Asked for Female, 31 Years

On 4th july i got pregnant. i had fever so Doctor advised crocin if fever is 99 above. I took it thrice. I had bad throat n boils in my underpants so i had to tak augmentine 1g twice & cetrizen 5gms once. Applied tbact ointment on boils. Nw in 6th week i m having internal bleeding. I m scared as last yr in had Miscarriage wid fever n internal bleed
