Intermenstrual bleeding

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have been bleeding lightly for the 5 days now. The bleeding is not continous and in very small amounts. Initially it was clots but today it was light blood with mucus. My ovulation was on 18th April and haven't had any sexual contact. I am scared. Can someone explain? Is it something bad?
