Intense abdomen pain

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am 25 years old. I have 3 kids. About twice a month for about 3 months I have been getting an excruciating pain in the middle of my lower abdomen. Mostly at night. The pain comes in waves almost like contractions. Other symptoms are: cold sweats, nausea, diarhea or constipation. Last about 30 minutes then goes away, just sore the next day.
