You have got done diagnostics laproscopic examination.Findings are normal.There is no pathology in utero and both fallopian tubes.So no need of any medication.Wait for spontaneous correction.

Diagnostic hysteroscopy and laproscopy done... Some times if any abnormality is found then simultaneous treatment can also be done. Because pt had normal finding, treatment not required in this case
