So I've tried almost everything to better my lifestyle and I even go running everyday, eat good food, my bedroom is airy and I switch lights off at night, keep phone away. Tried ASMR videos and sleep podcasts but nothing works. I sleep for around two hours tops. What do I do to fix this?
