Insomnia and Hypertension
My mother has problem of hypertension and lack of sleep at night. I was suggested by a doctor to take 40 drops of passiflora incarnata 3 times/day.
I see this medicine has alcohol in it, so wanted to check if this can have any adverse effect on liver of the patient ?

Better don't take mother tincture if she has any fatty liver,don't take thesesmuch dose there are lots of other medicine to reduce the hypertension when it reduced she gets sleep nicely nothing to worry about

The way passiflora is prescribed will not cure the problem and will give temporary solution only.
It should not be taken for long.
