  4. Insect in poop. Anything about worries?

Insect in poop
Today I saw 5numbers of brown insects types not white normal worm in my 2 yers child poop. I gave her worm medicine last 2 month ago. She has no rectal itching problem and no feeding problem. She has stomach pain few days ago but I give her lanzol jr 15 and it goes. Is there anything about worries?
