Dear , dont worry
Actually after blunt and minor trauma also there is major inflammation in body so u need rest , antiinflammatory drugs , immobile injured part ,local application of anti septic cream if open small wound or local painkiller . so need examination and treatment so consult doctor
Nothing to worry
Send me pic of your injuries
Let me see whether it is laceration contusion or abrasion
I will give you ointment and Med that will lower your pain
Thank you
