Initial symptom f hiv w/i a week of sex

Asked for Male, 22 Years

7 days before I had protected sex but at 4th day I got fever nd loose motion and now night sweat occurs.i got admitted into hospital all test were okey.then I read initial symptoms of hiv and that includes all above mentioned symptoms.so now I am very scared about it.please help me out in this matter...
