This chart contains all vaccines to be given at this age. Polio is given by name of IPV in chart and it's part of vaccine which is given for 6 diseases. For ease better to follow charts. For any queries please consult your doctor prior to vaccination.

This schedule is according to IAP chart, which almost covers all the vaccines available. Some of these are optional vaccines which are not given in government hospitals. Individual vaccines can be discussed with pediatrician. Opv/ipv is the polio vaccine.
