Inflammatory breast cancer

Asked for Female, 16 Years

Hello, I’ve previously just had a lump appear under my armpit close to my breast and it kills. I also have really itchy breasts and nipples from time to time and my breasts have become really thick and tender. I sometimes have a like stabbing pain occur for about an hour. Would you suggest a visit to a doctor or not? My nipples also look like they have a white crusting on.
