Inflammation while passing URINE

Asked for Female, 48 Years

Hi My mother in law is having this inflammation issue since last 5 years. Whenever she go to pee during that and after passing that she feels burning sensation for de minutes. Doctor said there are some pus cell but after medication she feel relived but after stoping medicine again same problem comes back Please suggest something...
