Inflammation below right breast

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am having inflammation in the right side of my upper body just below my breast. It is not due to an injury. I started experiencing slight pain all of a sudden which then increased. Whenever I cough the right side of my body hurts a lot because of the pull while coughing
