Infertility problem
I have done HSG test ..The report shows that I have Right hydrosalphinx and Left patent but mildly dilated.Uterus is normal.So I want to ask that with laproscopy treatment the tube will open or directly I will go for ivf.I any treatment to unblock the tube so I can conciev naturally.Plz suggest what to do.

Wanted to know about years of marriage.. But as one tube is normal u need not go. .For ivf.. For hydrosalpinx if you have pain or otther symptoms.. A course of antibiotics will go fine..

One tube is good enough to help u conceive
So if left tube is open u can proceed with ovalution induction rather than laproscopy
Antibiotics should take Care of hydrosalpinx
