I had done myomectomy in 2017 and now in TVS scan the result came I had adenomyoma is it safe to undergo ivf recently last week I had done hysteroscopy the report is endometrium normal with normal uterine cavity and in my hsg report tubal patent pls suggest me proper way to go treatment I'm very eager to conceive
