Infertility problem. Please suggest me!

I got married 2 years ago. we Currently I am undergoing fertility treatment from past 2 months. Every month only 4 to 5 follicles are developing and doctor said my ovaries size are small. I used to have regular 28 days cycle with good flow for 3 days. But after taking the treatment I got a period after 36 days and this month I got the periods on 20 the day with abdominal pain usually I don't have pain during the periods.The flow was light red in color and it started from morning 6 and stopped at evening 4.Again I observed light spotting on 2nd day,I visited my regular doctor who told that cyst developed in follicle and and the follicle was not ruptured.She said due to hormonal balance and stress it might have occurred.I underwent follicle scan for every alternative day before it. I am worried and don't no what to do with my condition. I have a doubt whether the doctors are giving me the correct treatment or not as I am experiencing it for the first time.Can any one please suggest me
