Infertility problem
I am trying for baby for 1.5years. I had PCOS. I have done every possible test everything is normal and my HSG test is ok and my husband's test also normal. My reports are : FSH-6.61, LH-12.49, AMH-10.38, E2-37.95, Prolactin-10.87, TSH-4.37,FASTING GLUCOSE-93. My doctor advised me some medicine which I have been taking for last 2 months like Stimulet 5mg Day 3 to Day 7,Primiwal e2 from Day 8 to Day 14, Duphaston 10mg Day 16 to Day 25. In follicle monitoring on day 14 my egg was Rupture when dominant follicle size was 22mm and endometrium thicķness was 8mm. But I am not get pregnant.what can be the reason behind this ?

LH hormone is mildly increased Tablets is one way of Ovulation induction.in a natural cycle the chances of any couple getting pregnant is 6%. When you take tablets it is increased to 10-12% You need to try for Atleast 3-4 months. If no pregnancy then you need to visit a Fertility Clinic as you might need hormonal injections for developing follicles. Also Intrauterine Insemination helps to increase pregnancy chances to 15%. U can take one cycle of OCP Then follow all ur medications after that cycle Ur LH is mildly high

When you are trying to conceive, there may be lot of stress, stress releases adrenaline, free radical damage to the egg, and that is the main reason for infertility. I have seen many cases who try for baby won't get pregnant. when they stop trying, they get pregnant. And physical activity also plays a definite role. You didn't mention about ur weight, BMI. Wt loss is important in pcod patients.Plz go to gym, do meditation, have enough sleep.. Don't be under stress.
