My wife have AMH is 1 ng/ml, trying for pregnancy since 2 years, doctor given Sitrodin 75 IU injection on 3rd and 5th day and taken letrozole 3 tabs everyday night from 2nd day to 5th day . Had scan on 7th day and 9th day Below are the results : Right overy: 7th day : 6\8 , 7/11, 5/6 9thday : 11/18,9/9,8/8,5/4 Left overy: 16/18, 9/8, 23/23 distended Again scan scheduled 11th day. Is pregnancy will happen with AMH 1, pls suggest Is it possible to increase AMH ?

Dear Practo user, AMH 1 is very low in the range. This means your wife doesn't have a very good ovarian reserve. Please visit an Infertility specialist ASAP or consult me on Docon app for guidance.

You are a poor responder because AMH is low but with increased doses of ovulation Induction the ovary is getting stimulated nicely Relax go for iui or ivf as per Docter advise
