Infertility issues and in pain

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Ive tried for 3 years to become pregnant without results, my periods are irregular and always have been, in the last month ive had three separate short periods along with cramping, abdominal pain, twinges on the lower left of my abdomin. Im tired and in a lot more physical pain muscle and body wise then i normally am. My headaches are frequent and i have been dizzy and seeing spots. Id like to believe its pregnancy but the tests show negative and i believe im unable to conceive so im nervous

U should not gt disheartened...if u r trying to conceive nd not able to..u should seek a gynaecologist nd ivf specialist help.. U probably are either hvng endometriosis or pcos.. There are lots of treatment options available.. U r only 23 yrs .. So u hv plenty of time.. With proper treatment u ll b able to conceive for sure..
