Infertility. Pregnant with healthy baby.

I have Infertility problem Three miscarriage 9 years of marriage first miscarriage due to placenta accreta and second in the third month and then miscarriage was chemical pregnancy and took pregnancy related medicine and follicular study and also undergone hysteroscopy once all reports normal and husband reports also fine. T shaped uterus sub serosal and sublateral fibroids and history of hypothyroidism. Can I conceived normally and sustain pregnancy full term. And how to keep thyroid balanced and test for thyroid please suggest and currently taking 75 mg Eltroxin. Thyroid test last done was normal. Currently on folvite and duphaston. Had undergone one hysteroscopy and did conceive within 3 months but lost in third month. Age 36 what are my chances of getting pregnant with healthy baby.
