I am trying for pregnancy from 2 yrs. I am suffering from pcos before marriage. we do follicle study for 12 month with 50 mg clomifen .follicle grow but exp was failed. Now have a simple cyst at right side. My hormonal profile was normal.one time iui also done but...no result. Husband spem count and motility is good. I think my ovum have to improve their quality because it grow without clomifen dose but can't rupture naturally.endometrium level was also good. Can you give me some medicine to improve egg quality. Or it require other treatment??? Plz suggest me..

Hi, your problem might be due to less rwseptivity of endometrium. This may be due to various reasons like subclinical infections, hormonal imbalance, endometrial hyperplasia etc. You may try small course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory at time of running period. Also check for tubal patency.
