I am at the age of 32yrs a year back I had myomectomy for fibroid uterus and ovarian cyst. After 6 months I had ultrasound and HSG Scans in that uterus and ovaries are normal in size and shape and right fallopian tube is normal but my left ovary fallopian tube is opacificated now I would like to know that is there any possible chances for pregnancy in normal way if not what kind of options are there pls suggest tell and what kind of posture are better pregnancy with right tube

You can definitely try to conceive naturally even if you have one patent tube.
However just do follicular monitoring to see if your right ovary is forming dominant follicle or not.
At the age of 32 however dont waste too much time..
Try for 6months naturally ,if no success then go for assisted reproduction techniques
