  4. Infertility. Was failed pls advise!

Hi I am 31 and year old and my husband too 31. It has been one and half years for our marriage. Since llast 10 months we are trying for a baby. We have done all tests, all bloods tests, hsg, DFA, SA for husband, everything came out normal. My AMH is 1.42 and as per doctor it is low. We have already undergone one IUI which was failed pls advise
