Hello doctor, am married for 6 years now and trying to conceive since 4 years. have done iui one jan16 which was failed and very next month i become pregnant naturally. but the baby multiple abnormalities i.e no kidney, cyst at pelvis, nucheal thickness . so terminated in the month of apr 2016 as doc advised. and i have pcod. again i am trying. please suggest what should be done next to conceive with the healthy child. thanks in advance.

Dear Practo user,
Since you have conceived naturally once, chances of conceiving naturally again are high. Practice intercourse during fertile period. Did the doctor advise any tests to be done during the last pregnancy? If so, get those tests done.
Take Folic acid once a day for 3 months before planning for next conception.
