Dear Doctor
I am a 31 year old women. We have been trying to conceive since last 3 years of marriage. So far have not conceived even once and have never undergone abortion. In 2015, I was diagnosed with emdometriotic cysts and have undergone a Laproscopy surgery for the removal of same in December 2015 . Post surgery was diagnosed with blocked Fallopian tubes, have not been able to conceive since then. Looking out for a honest & trustworthy Doctor who can advise on how to proceed.

I would recommend you to go for another laparoscopy procedure to clear everything inside and to open the tubes.. next step for pregnancy depends on ur operative finding.. you might have to go for IUI or IVF to conceive fast..

I can understand your concern.
Please get it mind one thing that conception wont be easy, it will take long time and also money.
See for this you have to get your husband also examined.
Kindly consult a infertility expert in person for further evaluation and management.
