Hello... ! It's better to have your treatment for PCOD for atleast three months, regularise the cycles and then plan a pregnancy. Thrombocytopenia needs a thorough evaluation regarding the cause ,severity and necessary treatment before planning to conceive, as it can be risky during delivery to have a low platelet count.
