Infertility accupuncture  before ivf
Hi, My amh is 1.35 (March 2020) with 2 Failed iui (may and June 2020) in month of (December 2019)hystero laparoscopy was done, and 2.5cm endometrioma was removed and right ovarian drilling was done, both tubes patent . I thought of giving a break this month before proceeding with ivf next month, is it worth to try accupuncture this month before proceeding to ivf next month. Will it improve egg quality for ivf. I also have history of ectopic pregnancy( april 2019)medical termination was opted as it was detected in early stages. Husband semen report is very good I am taking nutricell and folic acid supplement. Will there be any side effects to try accupuncture and thn go with ivf.. Plz advice
