28yrs old had done septal resection and endometriosis cysts in ovaries through laparoscopy and hysteroscopy 1 yrs ago. Using tablets we tried for pregnancy but no result now in scan report one tube with hydrosalpins and adinomiasis with bulky uterus .having thyroid . Plz suggest a treatment for pregnancy .amh is 1.83
