Infection problem
I have type 2 diabetes, but under control
through medicines. I have severe infection in my penis, every now & then I get cuts on the upper skin tips. I get a lot of smegma almost daily, which results in a lot of irritation & eventually cuts. I apply Candid-b cream, but it gave only temporary relief. Please suggest a permanent remedy. I doubt that even my sperms are infected too, coz whenever I ejaculate, it results in severe cuts. Please help.
