Dear Sir I understand your distress about the current situation however without examining and certainly the current condition it is not possible to comment further on the right advisable treatment for the same ... I would sincerely urge you to meet a qualified certified dermatologist directly or at least get an online consult so that the pictures can be reviewed and a diagnosis can be made to suggest the correct effective treatment. As per your old prescription it stated that you also had taenia infection. This is a fungal infection.tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs and buttocks area. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams.Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams like fourderm, panderm, quadriderm, hh zole, candid b etc lead to repeated case of recurrence and also side effects due to application. Do not use steroid containing combination creams. Get an online consult or meet a dermatologist directly for a proper evaluation of the condition. Do not delay treatment as it may spread further on your body and also to other people living in the household. Hope this was helpful.
