Infection on penis
I have red itching spots on all over penis under skin photo attchted, i m hiv positive , have history of syphills (1:1 tested in april 2022, have taken pencline injection in april 2022 ) , is this is syphills or some thing else , this type of infection happen when masturbsmation in night, plz guide and tell me weather it is syphills or not
