Hi! The X-ray shows a dark area near the root tips and in the furcation area, suggesting infection. This is likely a result of long-standing nerve (pulp) damage and could be considered moderate infection. Timely treatment is important to prevent further spread.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist or endodontist as soon as possible You will likely need a root canal treatment (RCT) If the tooth is mobile or severely damaged, extraction may be considered An X-ray + clinical examination is needed to confirm furcation grade
Health Tips
Avoid self-medication or delaying treatment Maintain oral hygiene
