Infection inside body in muscle

Asked for Male, 33 Years

20. Days before I have taken treatment for sickness. That time doctor given two injections. One was success but another not succeed. Today I visited for pain on that place it's found there is infection inside body due to unsuccess injections. He had removed around 15 ml pause from body. Please explain what care n treatment I have to take
