There is no relation between epilepsy and infection. Your husband may get an infection due to some other reason, not due to epilepsy.

Consult Gynec doctor for infection part
Consult physician for epilepsy part nd ask them to change any medication if needed as u want to get pregnant
To prevent sexually transmitted infection u can use condom.
Yes with epilepsy disease nd at 35 age u can get pregnant with advance of medical field.
