Namaskar X ray of lungs being done The test remarks are as follows. * Diffuse honey combing pattern is seen-Suggestive of ILD * Tinu nodular opacities are seen in both lungs * Costophrenic angles are clear * Hilar soft tissue shadows are enlarged *Calcification is seen in aortic knuckle * Degenerative changes are seen in lower dorsal spine What should we do now...
