Infection in groin region

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Hello doctor. I am 31 years old male. I have irritation around anal region all the time. There skin has become scaly and very hard. And that region has become completely white like dead skin. I feel embarrassed to show or discuss this problem with any1.whole anal notch till money bone is totally white like egg shell. And after etching scales comes out. And that portion continuous irritation.
