Infection in 1 tooth
In feb my dentist did my tooth xray and told me mu tooth in infected he gave me medicine and after 15 days he did root canal...now after 3 month he told me that tooth is completely infected and can infect other tooth so I have to remove it and implant soon..which cost around 20000. I have attached both xrays reports latest and oldest... Pls suggest me what I should do ...

Get the Re rct don’t extract and heat there is infection font it’s not like can’t be manageable,visit a nearby ENDODONTIEST he would do justify the work better then others

If the xray is of current condition of tooth,it can be root canal treated and crown has to be placed. If tooth is mobile or if there is gingival recession due to periodontitis, it has to be removed and replaced with removable or fixed prosthesis such as bridge, which is cheaper or implants.
