  4. Infection. After sex women can get sick?

Hello, my girlfriend is getting sick and she think I have some sexual infection that affect only women and doesn’t affect men. I did general check up and I am fine. Is there any STD that is in men and can only affect women and also immediately after sex women can get sick ? Please advise
