  3. Infection chance? A bite or a scratch?

I was standing just outside my office when I noticed a stray dog standing behind me. I, being a hypochondriac, immediately checked my legs for signs of any bite. The attached image is what I found. Do you think this is a bite or a scratch? I was wearing jeans at that time and did not feel anything touch me.
