My 2 month old baby girl has had diarrhea for three days now and he doctor said to give her some pedialyte for dehydration but I'm not sure how much to give her, please help

Dear parents,       Stop giving milk by bottle, give by spoon & katori.   Give syrup wallamycin half teaspoon ful thrice a day for 5days. ORS SOLUTION as required. Give till baby takes don't force.
