I underwent perenial abscess I&D a month back. There were 2 open cuts and all was gettng healed properly. Suddenly from past 2 days pus is coming out from one of the wound if I massage surrounding area. Please advice me what should I do and is it a fistulla? If yes what are the possible options for cure without surgery

Hello , perianal abscess need to drain pus most importantly need to remove pus pockets . visit same surgeon for 1 st opinion then take second opinion. I need to know few details to know what is it exactly .
