My father had uneasiness and burning sensation in chest after exercise few days back , it subsided , then he experienced weakness in thighs so he consulted a cardiologist..ECG and 2-D echo were fine ,but TMT showed changes ..can anyone explain what is means and how serious it is

It means he may be having blocks in the arteries of his heart. He will need coronary angiography test to find out more about the seriousness of the blocks.
