Indoor Lighting & Vision
My daughter 5+ year old and has -6 & -5 cylindrical power. I have recently purchased a flat and this has false ceiling with LED lighting all over. My concern is does she requires bright light for study or normal lighting. There is almost 42 watts (3 Watt Each x 14 Nos) of Warm LED lights installed in her room about 120 Sq.Ft. Which illuminates almost every corner of the room and for me with a normal vision works quite well. My question is does she requires more lighting or how would I know?

No shadow while studying. Light shd come fm Rt side. No direct bright light on eyes. For studies light shd be sufficient. Extra light not needed.
