Yess... If there is no any history of external trauma then it can be uric acid deposition. But it's common if you consume high protein diet and don't drink enough water. Uric acid gets excreted through urine. So mostly, drinking plenty of water help to resolve the problem. But still I would advise you to consult with your physician.
