Rohit this side
Actually one of my friend is going through serious cervical pain these days, she visited more than 5 doctors but unfortunately nothing much happened.(she is fighting with this pain from more than 1 and half years)
Despite several exercises, right posture sleep, right food, her problem increased day by day. She even visited different physiotherapist as well. But after a few days relief, pain came back. Though Hot pack and cold pack gives some relief for sometime. Please suggest something better, suggest some good food and exercises as well, wanna see her fit and fine ASAP
Thanks in advance doctor.
